Please complete the booking form as accurately as possible - Your booking is processed on the information you provide - J&C's Party Pets Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any incorrect information provided.  Your booking confirmation will be issued based on the information provided on this form - Please can you also ensure that you provide a post code.

​Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your PayPal Invoice - please check your spam folder if you cannot see it in your inbox.
  2. Once your deposit has been received a formal booking confirmation will be issued.
  3. Final payment is due on the day of your event J&C's Party Pets Ltd does not offer any credit terms and details on payment methods will be detailed on page 2 of your booking invoice.
  4. Please email jcpartypets@gmail.com should you encounter problems or your invoice has not been received.

Please note that bookings from 2pm on Christmas Eve up until the 27th December will be charged at double rate.
